Step 1: Packaging

• Place the wig in a ziplock bag or satin bag, then inside a secure box or padded mailer.
• Include a note with your name, order number, return address, and any specific requests (e.g., styling preferences or lace tint color).

 Step 2: Shipping Address

• Once received, your wig will be restored and shipped back within 5–7 business days.
• A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order is on its way back.
